The participants are divided into several mixed groups. Each group must choose a recipe at the beginning of the journey, for a dish that the whole team will prepare for lunch.
The team thus begins its journey into the woods and, step by step, recovers objects and foods for making the lunch, which will only take place once all the groups have successfully reunited.
It is therefore essential that the teams help each other, providing each other with suggestions to be able to find objects faster and be able to reconnect at the meeting point for preparing the lunch. If they cannot find all the elements, they won’t be able to build the field kitchen, let alone prepare the dishes.
At the end of the experience, participants will meet to discuss what worked, what could have been improved, and the lessons they learned about teamwork. They will also be able to draw up the “simple guiding principles” of the group, i.e., the guiding principles they can use as inspiration during their daily work.
