We believe that quality of work is quality of life. With a solid experience and a close-knit and competent team, we provide consulting and training services to companies, with the aim of improving the quality of work from all points of view. We are convinced that, in the company and not only, it is people who make the difference. For this reason, they must be protected and valued: our commitment goes in this direction, to ensure that the working environment is safe, peaceful and stimulating for everyone.
Even within Proleven, we believe in the added value of a serene and constructive company climate and we work every day to achieve this result, establishing relationships with courtesy and respect, giving value to each role and choosing people for their positive attitude even more than for their skills. We work for team spirit, organizing trips and group activities and stretching our muscles every afternoon with 10 minutes of collective stretching with music.
