The participants are divided into teams. Each of them receives a map of the company with one or more stops where they’ll have to go either in person or online. Participants will find an envelope at each stop containing a story, which actually occurred in the company, that involves one of the company’s values. Once gathered in the classroom, the participants will then have to tell their colleagues the stories they discovered and identify the value associated with each, thus personally composing the company’s “Wall of Values”.
