Each branch represents a department of the company. Each participant is asked to place themselves in the company tree depicted on the table using an adhesive leaf and to indicate, through specially supplied coloured threads, three existing links between their role and that of others. In turn, new hires will explain why they depicted those connections and how their work relates to that of the selected colleagues/departments.
The intricate network of links represented on the tree by the coloured threads will help them reflect on the interdependence of roles, the importance of each team member’s contribution and their placement in the overall context of the company.
